To apply for a Preliminary approval:

• Filling the Expatriates Housing Loan Application Form

For Final Approval:

• A signed Application form
• Copy of valid passport or ID
• Signed Centrale de Risque form
• Extract of family civil status, 3 month recent, (if not available it can be procured by the bank against a nominal fee)
• Life and fire insurance application

If employee:

• Applicant’s Salary Certificate validated by the employer’s bank
• Copy of employment contract

If Self employed:

• Audited Financial statements for the last 2 years
• Bank Statements of account for the last 6 to 12 months
• Copy of the company’s by-laws
• Copy of the trade circular

Documents related to the property:

• Copy of title deeds
• Extract of the land registry including section 1 & 3 (1 month recent)
• Sale agreement or promise of sale
