Lebanon is in better financial position than many other countries (IMF) BEIRUT: A senior International Monetary Fund (IMF) official said Friday that the projection for Lebanon's GDP growth in 2009 will be revised to less than 5 percent due to the unfavorable market conditions. "We will probably reduce the early projection for Lebanon's GDP growth to less than 5 percent.
