A new building consisting of
13 storeys overlooking the Raouche rocks, which are considered as one of the
most famous touristic monuments of Lebanon.
The project is the first to be undertaken by the “Kuwait National
Company for Investment” in Lebanon – and the breathtaking location of the
project with its panoramic sea view was the main motivation in encouraging the
Kuwaiti Company to invest in such touristic project and particularly for
non-Lebanese clients.

than 2000 new jobs.
