Estate launches $20 million “
In
the presence of Sheikh Ahmed Mohammad Zayed Saqer Al Nahyan, the Managing
Director, Reef Real Estate Company launched “
Sheikh Ahmed declared that the
project consists of 17 luxury villas located in the area of Bahersaf on the
upper mountains of Broummana, with distinctive views as the project faces the
capital
Sheikh Ahmed added that the
project will be built on an area of 23,000 meters squared. And that the villas
are composed of four luxurious storey houses, designed to provide maximum
privacy and comfort to its owners where there is a private swimming pool for
each villa, all of which enjoy an open view on the sea and the capital
He also said that the total project cost reached $20 million and that it has been contracted with the international; Erga Group for the design and supervision of the project, where the processing of the plot leveling and preparation has begun, and is expected that the project will be completed by end of 2008.
Moreover Sheikh Ahmed said that the project will be equipped with electrical, water, and central air conditioning systems for its own cooling and heating needs available around the clock, in addition to a 24/7 advanced security system.
